FIMAVYN: What It Is, What It Costs and Where to Buy It

Our score 3.4/5 Mixed How we score

FIMAVYN is a new two-capsule supplement sold online as “Metabolic Activation” for healthy weight and energy. This page sums up what is in it, what its ingredients have done in studies, who should check with a doctor first, how to try it sensibly, what it costs and how the refund works. We are not the seller; for the detail behind every point, read our full review.

FIMAVYN in 30 seconds

What it isTwo vegan capsules with six dosed ingredients, led by alpha-lipoic acid, berberine and chromium, plus a 112 mg herbal blend.
How you take itTwo capsules a day with water, as the label says. One bottle of 60 lasts a month.
What is goodA label that shows most of its doses, and sales pages without testimonials or weight-loss promises.
Weak or missing evidenceIts main ingredients produced about a kilogram of extra weight loss in studies, mostly at higher doses. FIMAVYN itself has never been tested.
Watch out forBerberine and alpha-lipoic acid can lower blood sugar, so ask your doctor first if you take diabetes medicines.

✅ Pros

  • The label gives the amount and extract strength of six of its ten ingredients.
  • Unusually honest sales pages: no testimonials, no weight-loss promises and research shown with caveats.
  • A single-bottle option and a minimum 60-day, no-questions-asked guarantee.
  • Vegan capsules, with four digital guides included in every package.

❌ Cons

  • FIMAVYN itself has never been tested.
  • Most doses are lower than in studies, such as 100 mg of berberine and 150 mg of alpha-lipoic acid.
  • Even at study doses, its ingredients produced only about a kilogram of extra weight loss.
  • Berberine and alpha-lipoic acid can lower blood sugar; check with a doctor if you take diabetes medicines.
  • Ships only within the continental United States for now.
  • Returns need approval from support first, and you pay the return postage.

What is in each serving

The Supplement Facts label is shown on the sales page before you buy. Per two capsules it lists six ingredients with amounts and one small blend:

Illustration of spinach leaves and the alpha-lipoic acid ring
Alpha-lipoic acid150 mgAbout 1.3 kg extra weight loss in trials that used 300 to 1,800 mg a day.
Illustration of barberry and its yellow root
Berberine100 mgAbout 0.9 kg extra weight loss in trials, usually at several times this dose; lowers blood sugar.
Illustration of two mineral crystals
Chromium and zinc100 mcg and 11 mgChromium: about 0.75 kg in trials. Zinc: the full daily value, with small, mixed effects.
Illustration of a green tea sprig and a bowl of tea
Green tea and resveratrol150 mg and 40 mgThe green tea gives 75 mg of EGCG; both have small, inconsistent effects on weight.
Illustration of a milk thistle flower and a cayenne pepper
Herbal blend112 mg in allMilk thistle, cayenne, Asian ginseng and banaba leaf, in small amounts.

The details: zinc as zinc gluconate; chromium as chromium picolinate; green tea leaf extract standardised to 98% polyphenols, 80% catechins and 50% EGCG; berberine HCl from Berberis aristata root at 97%; resveratrol from a 200:1 Japanese knotweed root extract; and a 112 mg blend of milk thistle seed extract (80% silymarin), cayenne, Asian ginseng (8% ginsenosides) and banaba leaf extract (2% corosolic acid). The bottle holds 60 vegan capsules.

That is more open than most weight-loss supplements: six of the ten ingredients have both an amount and an extract strength, and only the four herbs in the blend are undisclosed.

What the research shows, at a glance

FIMAVYN itself has never been tested in a published study, so these ratings are for its main ingredients, from meta-analyses of randomised trials in our full review:

Alpha-lipoic acidSmall effect: about 1.3 kg more than a placebo, at 300 mg a day or more
BerberineSmall effect: about 0.9 kg more than a placebo, at higher doses
ChromiumVery small: about 0.75 kg; its clinical relevance is uncertain
Green tea and resveratrolInconsistent: small changes that vary with dose and extract
FIMAVYN itselfNever tested in a published study

A kilogram is about 2.2 pounds. These figures are the average extra weight lost compared with a placebo, over trials lasting weeks to months, and they come from separate trials of single ingredients, so they cannot simply be added together.

FIMAVYN’s own science page links a meta-analysis for each dosed ingredient and says plainly that the research is not proof that the finished product works, and that study doses can differ from the label. That is an honest summary.

How the doses compare with the studies

IngredientIn two capsulesIn the studies
Alpha-lipoic acid150 mg300 to 1,800 mg a day
Berberine100 mgCommonly several hundred milligrams to 1.5 g a day
Chromium100 mcgEffect mainly in trials of up to 12 weeks, at up to 400 mcg a day
Green tea extract150 mg (75 mg EGCG)Varied widely between trials
Resveratrol40 mgVaried widely between trials

The two ingredients with the clearest effects, alpha-lipoic acid and berberine, are present at a fraction of the amounts used in the trials. Lower doses make side effects less likely, but they also make it less likely that you will notice any change in weight.

An unusually honest sales page

Most weight-loss supplements sold online lean on dramatic stories, before-and-after photos and promises of pounds lost in weeks. FIMAVYN’s pages do not:

  • No testimonials, and the pages say so rather than inventing customers.
  • No promises of a number of pounds or a time frame.
  • The label is shown before you buy, with most doses and extract strengths.
  • The research is presented with caveats, including that it is not finished-product proof.
  • Its affiliate rules forbid fake reviews, guaranteed outcomes and pages that pretend to be the official site.

A few things still lean towards marketing. The “Metabolic Activation” name suggests a change in metabolism that no test of the product has shown, the six-bottle offer carries a “Best results!” banner, and when we checked, the terms page still had pre-launch wording about there being no live checkout, although ordering works. FIMAVYN launched in the autumn of 2026; its terms name a small business registered in Brazil, and orders ship from a fulfilment warehouse in Colorado.

Why the blood sugar link matters

FIMAVYN is sold for weight and energy and makes no blood sugar claims. But four of its ingredients, berberine, alpha-lipoic acid, chromium and banaba, are studied mainly for blood sugar, and berberine in particular lowers it in trials. For most people that is not a problem. For people who take insulin or diabetes tablets that lower blood sugar, adding them could push it too low.

Signs of low blood sugar include shakiness, sweating, a fast heartbeat, sudden hunger, irritability and confusion. Eat or drink something sugary straight away if you notice them, and tell your doctor.

If you take diabetes medicines, ask your doctor before starting FIMAVYN, and check your blood sugar more often for the first few weeks if they agree.

Who should check with a doctor first

  • Other regular medicines: berberine affects the liver enzymes that clear many drugs, so ask a pharmacist to check your medicines.
  • Blood thinners: ginseng can interact with them.
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 18s: the label says it is not for them, and berberine is not considered safe in pregnancy.
  • Liver problems: green tea extracts have been linked to rare liver injury, usually at much higher doses. FIMAVYN’s 75 mg of EGCG a day is low, but stop and see a doctor if you notice dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or pain under the right ribs.
  • A sensitive stomach: berberine and cayenne can cause cramps, constipation or diarrhoea in some people.

What does help with weight

No supplement does much on its own, so if you try FIMAVYN, treat it as a small extra alongside the things that make the real difference:

A steady deficitMeals built around protein, vegetables and fibre, with fewer ultra-processed foods and sugary drinks.
Move and liftRegular walking or other activity, plus strength training to keep muscle as you lose weight.
SleepSeven to nine hours; short sleep makes hunger and cravings harder to manage.
Ask your doctorFor obesity, prescription treatments now have far larger effects than any supplement.

Our guides to slow metabolism and blood sugar control go into the evidence in more detail.

Which package makes sense?

Each bottle of 60 capsules is a month’s supply. One bottle costs $69 plus $9.99 shipping, three cost $177 and six cost $294, both with free US shipping; that is about $2.63, $1.97 and $1.63 a day. The “save 14%” and “save 29%” badges compare with the single-bottle price, not with an inflated crossed-out total, and every package includes four digital guides. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

The order page marks the six-bottle offer “Best results!”, but the effects of these ingredients are small and FIMAVYN has never been tested, so there is little reason to commit to six months before you know how you get on with it.

  • One bottle ($78.99 with shipping) lets you try it well within the 60-day guarantee.
  • Six bottles ($294) give the lowest price per bottle, if you have already decided to keep taking it.

If weight loss is your main aim, the habits in the section above will do far more than any package size.

How to take it and track it

  • The dose: two capsules a day with water, as the label says. If they upset your stomach, taking them with a meal may help.
  • Do not double up: taking more than the label says does not bring the doses up to the studied amounts safely, and raises the chance of side effects.
  • Measure at the start: weigh yourself and measure your waist on day one, at the same time of day, so you can judge it honestly later.
  • Keep the rest of your routine steady, or note what you changed, so you know what made any difference.
  • Stop if you get side effects, and keep the bottle away from children.

Questions people ask about FIMAVYN

Is this the official FIMAVYN website?

No. This is an independent guide by Health and Wellness Studies. FIMAVYN is sold at fimavyn.com, and orders go through ClickBank.

What is FIMAVYN?

A new two-capsule dietary supplement sold as “Metabolic Activation” for healthy weight and energy. A bottle holds 60 vegan capsules, a month’s supply.

What are the ingredients in FIMAVYN?

Per two capsules: zinc 11 mg, chromium 100 mcg, alpha-lipoic acid 150 mg, green tea extract 150 mg, berberine 100 mg and resveratrol 40 mg, plus a 112 mg blend of milk thistle, cayenne, Asian ginseng and banaba leaf.

Does FIMAVYN work for weight loss?

It has never been tested. In meta-analyses its main ingredients produced about a kilogram of extra weight loss compared with a placebo, mostly at higher doses than FIMAVYN contains, so expect little change from the capsules alone.

Is FIMAVYN safe?

Its doses are moderate, but berberine and alpha-lipoic acid can lower blood sugar, and berberine can interact with some medicines. The label says it is not for under 18s or pregnant or nursing women; ask a doctor first if you take regular medicines.

Can I take FIMAVYN with diabetes medicines?

Only after asking your doctor. Berberine, alpha-lipoic acid, chromium and banaba are studied for lowering blood sugar, so together with insulin or diabetes tablets they could push it too low.

How do you take FIMAVYN?

Two capsules a day with water, as the label says. Taking them with a meal may help if they upset your stomach.

How much does FIMAVYN cost?

One bottle costs $69 plus $9.99 shipping, three cost $177 and six cost $294, both with free US shipping. That is about $2.63, $1.97 or $1.63 a day.

Is FIMAVYN a subscription?

No. It is a one-time payment on a ClickBank checkout page, and every package includes four digital guides.

Does FIMAVYN ship outside the US?

Not yet. It ships only within the continental United States; Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO addresses and other countries are not available at checkout for now.

Is FIMAVYN vegan?

The bottle says it contains 60 vegan capsules, and its listed ingredients are plant extracts, minerals and alpha-lipoic acid.

Is FIMAVYN sold on Amazon?

It is sold at fimavyn.com through ClickBank. A listing on Amazon or another marketplace does not come from the seller and may not be covered by the guarantee.

How does the FIMAVYN refund work?

It has a minimum 60-day, no-questions-asked guarantee. Email support@fimavyn.com first for return instructions, then send the product to the returns warehouse in Aurora, Colorado; you pay the return postage. ClickBank’s order support at clkbank.com can also help.
